Another day of art and paper class. There have been a lot of issues with the chemicals, so we haven’t really been able to do anything of real substance which is rather disappointing. However, at the end of class today, Diane’s sister Denise taught me how to cross stitch. We also got to talking about birds somehow, and I told her about the spot in Regents Park where all the blue herons hang out, and she absolutely loved it. I guess she went and checked it out later and is an avid bird watcher.
I went to lunch, and came back to work on some things for the afternoon scheduled my classes for next semester, and to prepared for Becca’s arrival, which is tomorrow already. After a few hours of this, Rachael and I decided to go to the ISH bar for dinner again, where I got a burger. The burgers are different here, I think they are mixed with lamb meat… they are ok, but I will be happy to get back to my own American food... I am however VERY excited to go back to FRENCH food TOMORROW!
We went back and hung out in our room for a while, and then ended up going to Colin’s room for the evening where we ended up watching youtube videos and having a war with dish soap packets. That entertained us for about an hour and a half… and yes… we are technically adults…
