Today wasn’t too exciting. I woke up with the intentions of taking a shower and going to class, but changed those plans to catching up on sleep, showering, and journaling all morning. I am auditing the theatre class, so I didn’t feel too bad about missing it because I as incredibly overtired, and am starting to feel sick, so I want to de everything I can to prevent that. I was however, quite sad that I missed the discussion to follow up “The Merry Wives of Windsor.”
I went to my International Studies 381 class, and we talked a bit about British politics. I felt bad because he kept talking about all kinds of specific banks in the U.S. and expected that we knew everything about them and their role on the economy and governmental structures, and would get angry if we didn’t know about it. None of us had any idea…
Over the past few years, I have become fascinated about politics. I still cant say I know nearly as much as I should, but it is something I am trying to learn much more about, and continuously strive to explore. Especially now with the issues in the U.S. and British economy, and the bail outs, it is something I feel guilty about not knowing more.
After class, I went back to my room to journal more, and looked up info for Spamalot tickets. Ended up ordering some for next Wednesday, and the seats are going to be amazing! We are close up to the front and center and tickets only cost 20 pounds! AWESOME! So excited.
Went to dinner, and had our weekly group meeting, and here I am again, journaling once more.
